WOD for 10/26/2013

In teams of 2, do the following for time:
400m run/row
40 Air Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups/Ring Rows

Team members will do the run/row together, then alternate between movements; one going from the top down, the other from the bottom up.
