500m run w/medball & 10 air squats to ball mid-way
10 Tire Hits 10/6
40m Farmer’s Carry 70/53
10 Abmat Situps
30 Single Unders

Teammates run together and alternate on all other movements.
500m run includes 10 air squats at the turn-around.
Amount of reps per team = number of members on team x number of required reps.
Reps can be partitioned and delegated as needed.
