Team WOD

“A Boy Named Shel”
30min AMRAP
500m run w/medball & 5 burpees mid-way
20m Tire flips
10 Tire Hits
40m Farmer’s Carry
10 Balls-Over-Rig 8/6
10 Push-ups

Teammates run together and alternate on all other movements.
500m run includes 5 burpees at the turn-around.
Amount of reps per team = number of members on team x number of required reps.
Reps can be partitioned and delegated as needed.
