25 min AMRAP
400m Run
8 Burpees
80m Medball Toss 20/14 (down & back 2 times)
80 Rope Skips
8 Abmat Situps
8 Push-ups

Amount of reps per team = number of members on team x number of required reps.
Teammates alternate on the medball toss, but do all other movements together.
Reps can be partioned and delegated as needed.
