Whole Life Challenge!

Fall 2014 at CrossFit Zenith is going to be amazing! Let’s kick things off with a challenge! Starting in mid-September, we’re going to play a really fun health & fitness game as a community called the Whole Life Challenge. It’s a game that measures how much of a difference you can make in your body, fitness, and lifestyle habits over the course of 8 weeks.

The game starts on September 13th, but the time to register is right now! You save $10 if you sign up by August 24th!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to http://www.whole.lc/wlcfall14/pt/crossfitzenith

  2. Create an account

  3. Register for the Challenge that starts on September 13th

  4. Join the CrossFit Zenith team

  5. Invite your friends to join**! The more the merrier!

Important Dates:

  • Today – Register for the challenge at a reduced rate
  • August 24th – Last day to save $10 on your registration!

  • September 6th – Whole Life Challenge Q&A event aka “Pre-Game huddle”

  • September 13th – Whole Life Challenge kick off BBQ at the gym – “Before” workout, pictures, measurements and yummy food!

  • October 11th – Mid-way potluck and the CrossFit Zenith one-year anniversary party!!

  • November 8th – Whole Life Challenge closing event at the gym – “After” workout, pictures, measurements and yummy food!

**You do NOT have to be a CrossFit Zenith member to participate in the Whole Life Challenge. Friends, family, co-workers and community members (both local and virtual) are welcome to play, too! Send them the link above and encourage them to join the CrossFit Zenith team! They are welcome to come to the kickoff event, mid-way potluck and the closing event!
