It’s finally arrived! Today is Snatch Day! Most of you have at least a few cleans under your belt now, so between that and the fact that snatches will show up somewhere in the next 5 weeks of the CrossFit Open (whose workouts we’ll be doing every Friday), it’s time to figure out how this all works.
Today’s class is going to work a little more like a clinical than a typical class. The snatch is the most technical lift we do, so we’re going to spend some time going over all the moving parts. In the future, we’ll spend the usual amount of instruction time, so attending class today is going to be very important.
