Bill began CrossFit in 2012, while working in Oahu, Hawaii. He was a high school wrestler and then immediately joined the US Navy, serving for four years. His lifestyle unfortunately became inactive for quite some time. He tried varieties of workouts in gyms, even including marathon training, but nothing really stuck with him. CrossFit was refreshing and able to give him the strength and conditioning that he was in need of.

Bill has been a part of the CFT family since 2013. After being involved in the sport for over two years, he went on to complete his Level 1 Certification in June 2014. He wanted to further his coaching abilities and in May 2015, Bill completed his USAW Sports Performance Coaching Certification. Whenever you see Bill around CFT, you will probably find him working on some type of mobility, which he constantly reminds our athletes to do. Oh and don’t forget to practice your double-unders around him!
