8.5.16 Some Fun for Friday

Working out doesn’t always have to be a chore.  There’s no need to step on the treadmill or elliptical machine and slog along for 45 minutes to feel like you got a good workout.

Here are two things you can try to mix up your workout and have some fun!

Option 1: Join CrossFit Zenith!  Everyone has a good time at CFZ!  Even the hardest workouts are fun when you’re surrounded by friends sweating (and sometimes swearing) right alongside you!  If you’re ready to try CrossFit Zenith, sign up for either a “No-Sweat Intro” or a “Free Trial Class”.  In the No-Sweat intro, you’ll have a chance to talk to a coach, discuss your goals, get a tour of the gym and get a sense of the fun you can have doing CrossFit.  A Free Trial Class is a chance for you to try a workout with us and see how much fun fitness can be!  Click the link below.

Option 2: While you’re trying to decide if you should do a No Sweat Intro or a Free Trial Class, here’s a fun workout to do on your own.  No equipment required.  Just grab a coin and work your way through ten rounds of the coin flip workout!
