Coming very soon CrossFit Zenith, in collaboration with EatMoreBeFit, will kick off a nutrition challenge to help us all reach our nutrition and fitness goals like never before. On Saturday, September 12th at 10:00 AM EatMoreBeFit will give a presentation on Flexible Dieting and how they will help you reach your goals. Flexible Dieting works with the major macro food groups: Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein. No need to limit the type of foods you eat. There is nothing off limits as long as it fits into your personal macro profile each day.
After the meeting, EatMoreBeFit will collect data on each of you and calculate a specific macro profile that you will follow for the duration of the challenge. Then it’s WORKOUT TIME! Be ready to do a full workout that will be repeated at the end of the challenge as well. Test and retest!
This is unlike anything we have done before. In past challenges we have asked you to omit food groups from your diet. We eliminated dairy or grains or legumes but these foods are sometimes exactly what the body needs for optimum performance. This is a real life style for real people.
