40 Deadlift (185/123/50%)
30 HSPU (scaled = on box)

Be A Role Model

You might not think it, but there are tons of people who are looking up to you right now.

Show them what it means to fight. Show them what it means to get back up and dust yourself off. Show them what camaraderie and community means.

Show them what it means to work towards goals.

It doesn’t matter if you can crank out 50 pullups or if you’re struggling with pushups from your knees. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been at it for years, or just showed up.

Someone is finding inspiration and motivation in you. Yes, you.

So stand tall, keep the good work rolling, and be a role model for everyone who is looking up to you.
