Improve.

Every moment of every day your goal should be to improve.

Improve your range of motion, improve your technique, improve your speed, improve your rest.

Remember, struggle and frustration are the predecessor to success. Nothing will come if you just wait for it. Nothing will come if you sit around. You have to work for it.

You have to fight for every inch of depth of improvement, every second of improved speed. You have to strive for it, you have to be willing to say ‘I don’t know how to’, and ready to implement what coach tells you.

If you do that, day in and day out, if you strive for improvement, for knowledge and for strength, then you will get to your destination someday.

So don’t get down on what you can’t do right now, instead choose to do one thing today: improve.
